On Father’s Day, I received a pair of white with black accent, Puma Ace II golf shoes and couldn’t wait to get out and try them. When first looking at the shoe the obvious puma styling stands out, as a kid I remember Puma Samba’s and other models by Puma being big with soccer players; Puma took that same concept in shoe they had success with and brought it to the golf course. The shoe is very stylist, and priced reasonably for quality golf shoes at around $80; as well they come in multiple color patterns to really fit your style. The shoes come with a spike removal tool, and you want to make sure as with most shoes you tighten the spikes before using the shoes. These shoes have a water-resistant synthetic leather upper for durability and comfort; and I have played in some wet conditions and my feet stay perfectly dry so this feature is great. The outer sole and the bottom where the cleats fit, are made of a harder rubber material which really help add to your grip on the course. The sizing is dead on in my opinion, generally I buy golf shoes a half size bigger because they seem to fit snugger but I was given my normal 12 in these shoes and they fit perfectly.
- Water proof
- Very Comfortable
- Give you Serious Grip on the course no matter the condition
- The only real Con I found in these shoes are they are cut a little lower then the other golf shoes I had; so on first use I felt like my ankle wasn’t supported enough but after some time on the range they felt great and are the most comfortable golf shoes I have owned to date.
I would recommend these shoes to anyone looking to gain a stylish look and improve their game for a moderate price.
